A pixel of difference in photography, on the day of wedding by artists gives a wonderful reminiscence.

The much awaited event of a lifetime that gives butterflies in everyone’s bellies: the day of wedding, has a long born history of photography and the various ways, in which, the photographers put in their efforts to make every moment of the bride and bridegroom a special one. Furthermore, the earliest traces of wedding photography portray a studio set-up with lighting and camera, serving to the purpose of those times.

With the passage of time, technology advanced, but a majority of the couples still posed for a single wedding portrait. The commonality with wedding albums began towards the 1880s, wherein, a few marriage pictures would be included in the main album. Later, with the herald of 20th century, photography took a new turn seeing the invention of colour photography.

With digital cameras, it became easier to click beautifully picturesque snaps. Earlier, when cameras with rolls were used, they gave a lot of exposed clicks resulting in the wastage of many momentous pictures. An immediate increase in the usage of digital cameras brought forth the experience of hassle-free photography with nice outcomes.

Many artists think, that if a couple stands in a particular position, only then, the snaps can be clicked properly, but the case is somewhat otherwise and hence, a lot of photo artists have come to this realization that natural emotions and expressions, when captured, render better images and are worth saving forever.

Our experts at Hotshot Photography, work on the idea of taking natural shots without creating any disturbance in the main event. We understand the importance of weddings, especially in India, where a bride or bridegroom undergo a stream of sentiments simultaneously.

Nevertheless, a perfect picture of smiling faces at a wedding party always keeps up the essence of the function alive throughout our lives.

Standing pose- Standing pose is not new in any wedding. But one can have variations done with the couple; staring at each other, holding each other’s hands, or arms. Both can slightly tilt their hands towards each other. The groom can hold the bride from side or behind and either both can look into the camera, or at each other.

Sitting pose- Sitting on the kings and queen chairs and getting posed for the wedding is another pose for couple wedding pictures. But they can try for various poses while sitting on the chairs. The bride can wrap her arms around the groom or even both can slightly tilt their heads towards each other. The bride can also rest on the groom’s shoulder. Why just chair? Both can also sit down for few lovely poses.

Standing-sitting pose- The bride can sit on the chair; the groom stands right behind her and wraps his arms around her neck. Both can either look into the camera or towards each other.

Hug pose- The most awaited moment in any wedding. Hug each other and get the most romantic picture of your romantic day! And the most memorable moment will be clicked when both flaunt a broad smile.

Forehead to Forehead pose - If in a standing pose, the foreheads of the bride and the groom must touch each other. Holding hands can give an amazing pose. Another variation can be; the groom bends down to kiss the bride’s forehead!

Lift high pose- Lifting the bride high, can give a Bollywood feel. Soft flowers hanging down or flowers showered on the couple can add twist to the photos.

I hope these can add sugary moments to your wedding!

Various Styles of Wedding Photography by Hotshotfoto, Professional Wedding Photographers in Edison, NJ

Wish to remember your most delicate moments forever? Well, Hotshotfoto is the answer!! Just being a good photographer is not enough; one has to have his unique style. And when it comes to flawless photography, just one name comes to mind, HotshotfotoEdison, NJ.  Last week we wrote a few styles of wedding photography, this week we bring you a few more. Check out if you like them…

Reportage type of photography
This type of photography is bit unusual. Here, the photographer stays in the background. This kind of photography is gaining popularity these days. You need not pose specifically for this kind of photography. Here, in this kind of photography, the pictures are captured as they happen. At times this kind of photography may look attractive, but there is a fear the outcome may be as expected.

Magazine style layouts
As the name suggests, this style is basically a type of book or album photography. The photos are set up in such a way, that they look like a story telling book or magazine. The photos are artistically placed, that miniatures speak out the story of the event clicked!

Spot color photography
This style of photography is a beautiful blend of B&W and color photography. In this style only some part of the picture is left in color, while the rest is turned into either sepia or B&W. But the overuse of this style must be avoided as this may make your photo album to appear dull and outdated and boring. Such style must be used only for special photographs.

Fashion Style Photography
This style is not much new, as it can be normally seen in magazines. Here, the photo album is semi directed using the best photos in the book and also adding best background pictures that add glamour to the photos.

Formal style photographs
Carefully arranged photography with the family members or may be acquaintances. Here every one has to pose for the shoot, fake smiles and get shot, i.e., clicked. This style may not be accepted these days as it seems very outdated. Here, the photos are carefully arranged to get a perfect result.

Proposed Photography
As the name suggests, this is the most romantic style of photography. No, not at all, here no one’s privacy is disturbed. Then you may think, how are the photographs clicked then?  Well, here, read on:

It’s all pre-decided event. Yes, it is indeed an event.  First, decide which place you would like to propose your partner. Inform the photo agency about the time and place. They reach the place before time, all set. Send your picture to the agency, so that they recognize you. The details are discussed before hands, so there is no chance of something going wrong. Pre photo shoots are done.

After the proposal is done, you get a few minutes to enjoy the very moment, and then the photographer pops out. If you wish to pose with a bend on knee proposal, even better!!! And then you both get clicked.

Sounds interesting and romantic, right? Well, go for it or any of them, and let your wedding photo speak volumes and remind you of those beautiful moments!!!

Make your pictures smile too!!

Sweet 16 parties are much awaited and much loved parties in USA, NJ. Every teen girl waits to enter this sweet romantic age. An age where each girl wishes and says:

“I wait for my age to fly away,
To go as far as it could some day
I wait for the wings to get on me, to make me fly as a bee.
I wait for the day to rise again; I shall welcome it with a grin,
Yes, I eagerly stop and haunt for my lovely age of teen
As I wait to turn into Sweet 16!”

The age of entering the youth, the age full of hopes, desires and dreams. This is celebrated along with family, friends and acquaintances. The celebration consists of a large party and listed below are the themes that take place during the celebration.

Candle lighting ceremony: Well, lighting the candles and blowing them off is not a new thing on birthdays, but here in sweet 16 parties, each candle holds a specific importance. It is basically the birthday girl lights candle for all those present in the party, to tell how much and why are they special for her. Read on

The first candle stands for the birthday girl’s parents. The second one stands for girl’s siblings, if she is the only child, then it represents her grandparents.
Candles 3, 4, 5, 6 are for other family members. While 7to 14 are for girl’s friends.

The 15th candle is for girl’s best friends or close friend. While the 16th represents her boyfriend or her male friend. The 17th candle is for her good luck.

After the candle lighting ceremony, begins the Shoe ceremony. This ceremony also holds equal importance in a girl’s life. Here, the girl’s father or her uncle brings a decorated pillow and a pair of high heel shoes for her and helps her in wearing them. This represents that she is now growing up to be a woman.

Next comes Tiara ceremony: Here, the girl’s mother brings for her a decorated tiara and places on her head, which means she is now growing up to become a woman. Sometimes this Tiara ceremony is combined with Shoe ceremony. With this the girl can be pampered at the same time by both the parents.
